Orders can be placed online by adding all the desired items to the shopping basket, then simply following the step by step instructions to finalise the order.
Orders can also be placed by email or by phone.
How long will my order take?
Delivery takes 1-3 working days depending on the customers location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after placing an order, you will receive a tracking number which you can input into the 'Order Tracking' page. You will then know where your items are at all times.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery is charged at checkout at a fixed cost meaning that the price for delivery of one item is the same as ten items.

You can order online 24 hours 7 days a week. The sooner you place your order, the sooner it will be processed.

Please note that in order to qualify as a wholesale customer you must purchase a minimum of 20 items or 100 yards.
What is your return policy?
Returns and refunds are accepted as well as exchanges. Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date and must be in the same condition as they received it. Unless an initial mistake was made on our part, the customer will be liable for the cost of the returned parcel.
